Just how easy is it to brew beer? How much can you brew is one go? Are there easy kits to use? I might give it a try, would be nice to have your own beer in the fridge when you get home rather than having to go out and buy it all the time.

My parents used to make wine in those little demijohn bottles, weird combinations, I never tasted any but always thought it would be interesting to try out.
