Just got done watching the Canadian Grand Prix – boy what a race! Enthralling from the first lap to the last. Four safety cars though, that has to be some kind of record. Lewis Hamilton held it together from the first minute, powering off to a good lead only to be pulled back every time the safety car was called out.

I have to say, that if there had been no safety cars I think he would have lapped everyone.

I hope Kubica is ok, wonder how long he’ll be out with a broken leg though. Spectacular crash that was, one of the most dramatic in this season or the past few, I’m surprised he only escaped with that.

But for only his sixth Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton looks like he’s well on his way to becoming the World Champion in his first season. With this win in Montreal he has shown us that he is capable of leading in spectacular fashion.
