I had cause to write to the local police, the , recently.

It was regarding a query as to whether or not a certain license fee was real or was a scam. I’ll write more about that in the next day/week. You may be slightly sickened by it.

Anyway, I filled out the General Enquiry form as directed, lots of text explaining it all. I pressed submit and voila, Microsoft database error. There’s a surprise.

So I filled in the Website Feedback form. I haven’t heard anything since (as of this writing, that’s three days) but then again I don’t think I actually expected anything. I seriously hope that this is not an example of Lincolnshire policing… that being said, I’ve been back in Louth for a year and a half and only really seen a copper or cop car when it was Friday night at 12 midnight.
