Glimpsed a snippet of video tonight about Paul McCartney talking about Liverpool being the European Capital of Culture for 2008.

What is with his hair? It looks like a bloody ugly rug. Surely such a wealthy man could afford a better one? Or for that matter, surgery for plugs or whatever they have these days.
