How about some down-home American South? 
Hmm, but I guess if I were to post a recipe for say chicken ‘n dumplings (dumplin’s), I would have to make it so I could write down how. LOL
Yep, good old fashioned American South cooking. You’d have a lot of recipes for sure – I remember having a huge dish of crayfish somewhere down South, god it was good.
How about some authentic recipes passed down from generations of sUkrainian Babas (grandmothers)? Usually hearty fare with simple instructions and readily available ingredients — let me know if ethnic foods might be a category of interest.
I think ethnic foods would be a great addition! I’ve had some great polish food in the past for example.
