When I went to the gym last year, and kept it up for a good six months, I think I lost nearly a stone in weight. Not bad considering it wasn’t exactly top notch training or anything. We had a routine but I think what really did it for me was the static bikes.

That’s why I’m thinking of getting a bike, doing one or two rides a week through Hubbard’s Hills, and around the local area. Could do me a world of good. Need a good bike though, anyone got any ideas for a decent bike that’s not going to cost an arm and a leg?
