They’ve won. They have everyone believing that they have made a mistake. In reality, what was planned was to have the populace feel that this was a little “oops” and now its too late. Now, we, the people, have to shoulder the brunt of this “oops” and pay more to them. What they’ve done is help to concentrate the capital even more in the hands of the few, partly by devaluing currency so that they can buy more for less. This way, they can continue to grab even more power and leave the masses with nothing but their labor.
None of them are really taking any blame. All they’re taking is our assets.
Yeah that’s one thing that rankled me, no-ones really gone to jail over this. Sure there’s been a few token gestures, slaps on the wrist, but that’s really about it.
Another thing that makes a lot of people boil is the fact that banks aren’t being run by bankers! Surely it would make sense to have laws that say banks should be run by people who have actual banking degrees, rather than business degrees, or have run other businesses?
