I totally agree. What makes me lose total respect for a car company is when they totally deny an issue, despite proof that its happening all the time, like with the Chrysler Intrepid and all cars built on the same body. The suspension in the front is unreliable and you may end up driving in a direction that you didn't intend at any random moment. Some of the transmissions will cause the car to buck and pitch like a bull for no apparent reason, as well. But, Chrysler won't own up to it at all, flatly denying that there's a problem. Chrysler does not have my respect.

Toyota has my full respect, as far as a business goes. They found a potential safety issue with their product and are taking proactive steps to correct this problem. Way to go, Toyota! Thank you for showing me and the world that you're committed to the safety of your customers. Well done.
