I hate to say this, really I do, but on your ‘Curiosity’ program you have some problems.

The first episode, ‘Did God Create the Universe’, right at the end you explain how time stopped (or ceased to exist) just before the Big Bang where all matter and energy was infinitesimally small. You said, you’ve found something that doesn’t have a cause because there was no time for that cause.

I realize you say this all from a personal perspective, mind you.

So my questions are these:

  • What -did- cause the Big Bang?
  • Where did the infinitesimally small point from which the Big Bang emanated, come from? What created it?

None of the evidence presented negates God. Only that it provides a scientific basis that God can be removed from. Not that I’m religious, I’m not.

It is SO strange how well we keep time.

What makes me write about this is because lately I’ve been having some strange sleep patterns. I wake up every 90 minutes, give or take a few minutes. The past few nights though, I know exactly what time it is.

Now I know you think yeah right, ‘exactly’.

But last night, I woke up at 1:30am, and I knew it was 1:30 on the dot, I checked on my phone and sure enough it was exactly 1:30. Then again at 3:05am, again at 4:35am and again at, strangely, 6:14am. Yes, 6:14am, I just thought to myself, “it’s a little bit before quarter past six”.

Although, yes, it’s interesting, how on earth do we do it?!

But, I honestly wish I could have an uninterrupted night of sleep!!
