My God what have they done to this country? It really is echoes of the 1970′s. We’re going to be borrowing £179Bn, and this really is to fix the banks’ mistakes, not ours!

And although the news does focus on the Chancellor, it’s not really his fault, it’s his boss’s. Brown was Chancellor for all those year, made all those mistakes, missed chances to tighten up laws, sold our gold, so he should take the ultimate blame for this.
