You know when you whack your funny bone (elbow) into something it just goes numb and you can’t move your arm for a while? I just did that to my knee. Turned around out of the bathroom and whacked my knee against the door frame (yes, I know, idiot…)

Tried walking a bit more and I just couldn’t feel my knee and lower leg then all of a sudden it was immensely painful. Hopping around like a fool I was cursing myself stupidly… I’ll be more carefuly next time, for sure.

Not sure why but my right knee is really causing me problems, hurting like hell! I haven’t banged it and it’s been pretty much constant for weeks now. I’ve tried ibuprofen but it doesn’t help. I called the doctor’s today and they don’t have appointments past 5pm (how stupid is that, how can anyone who “works” get a doctor’s appointment?).

I’ll have to use my friday afternoon to see one I guess, and I know they’ll say take it easy or some such bullshit and not actually help.
