After updating the theme to let it have a left or right sidebar with the options in the admin panel backend of WP, I decided to alter the News Print theme (version 2, not the version 3 yet). This was decidedly more complicated but all in all, just more coding more than anything.

So the release page – – has been updated with the new link, the WP Codex has been updated, and the WordPress forum thread updated too.

News Print v3.0 seems to be having a really difficult time of it with the new WordPress 2.7 release, had some issues on the test blog over at . Last week when I played around with it a little bit it looked fine, and I left it functioning but now it seems to be completely fubar and I haven’t even done anything since I left it.

Looks like I’m spending Sunday working on WP themes!
