			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The cost of fuel is rising, it must be hitting the airlines to no end. One course of action is buy newer aircraft that are more fuel efficient, I saw a news programme a week or two ago where a small budget airline said they&#8217;d saved something like 20% on fuel costs. That&#8217;s a few million, good idea.</p>
<p>Reading the Telegraph today I could not believe my eyes when I read <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/howaboutthat/3089022/Passengers-get-out-and-push-plane-along-runway.html">this</a>, surely this is the very limit:</p>
