It’s a strange state to be in when a country doesn’t want the Dalai Lama to attend the peace conference they are holding. I suppose he’s just not peaceful enough. Perhaps the Chinese propaganda about the Dalai Lama being a ‘terrorist’ is having some effect after all?

That this nation is South Africa, a place well versed with propaganda and somewhere with a recently checkered history, might surprise you. They have refused the Dali Lama a visa. Idiots.

You tried hard. You failed. But you can keep your heads high, you didn’t fold and you didn’t give up. Good job South Africa, maybe next time the shoe’ll be on the other foot. Like one of the commentators said, England kept on piling into South Africa’s line right next to the scrum, when they should have been passing along the line and trying another point of attack, I think that was their main weakness. Now Lewis Hamilton must hold the hopes of the nation as he gets ready for the Brazil Grand Prix. God I hope he makes it, because we can’t count on the english football team that’s for sure…
